At one clinic, they said not to remove the support strut because there is a possibility the nose could lift, while at another clinic, they said to remove everything including the support strut and that there is not really much possibility of it lifting. Since every clinic says something different, the choice is up to me, but it is difficult. I am curious how others here did it, or what they would do, or what opinions everyone has.
