I had bulbous nose surgery using septal cartilage, and the nasal tip has gotten bigger than it was at one weekㅠ Is it normally like this? Is this swelling, or is it scar tissue? At the one-week mark, the doctor said I had a lot of swelling, but can swelling become even greater than it was at one week? Other people say the swelling gradually goes down, but my boyfriend is saying maybe the surgery went wrong.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
