It’s day 10 since my rhinoplasty… My low nose was a complex of mine, and I wanted it to become a little higher in a natural way, so I worked hard for a year searching online and going to consultations before having surgery. Yesterday I had the splint removed and the stitches taken out too. But as soon as the splint came off, the nose I saw looked way too much. My family says it’s swelling and to wait just a month… But to me, the columella has been lengthened a lot, so the round, cute feeling unique to my natural nose has largely disappeared. Other people say their issue is that the nose is very upturned at first, but for me the problem is that the nasal tip droops. As time passes, will the nasal tip get lower…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
