Everyone who had complete removal of nasal tip septal extension surgery, how much do you think your original nose came back? I saw a post saying that once the nasal tip cartilage has been touched, it becomes deformed and damaged, so it’s hard to return to the original nasal tip simply by removing it. I’m removing it because I want to go back to my original nose, but if that can’t be guaranteed, it’s seriously so depressing

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
