About 1 year and 2 months ago, I had short-nose surgery with 4 mm silicone, ear cartilage, and cartilage suturing. Because my nasal tip is drooping and when I smile the columella comes down too much, it looks like a witch nose, so I want to remove it. In this kind of case, if I have everything removed, will my nose droop more than it did originally? Is it completely case by case ㅠㅠ If there’s a method even if it’s not complete removal, please let me know. My midface also looks long, and after nose surgery something about my face feels sinister, so I’m really, really stressed.
