I think the bridge of my nose turned out well, but I don't like the shape of the nasal tip, so after putting up with it for so long, I'm looking into revision surgery. I'll have to go, get a CT scan, check how much material is left, and decide, but since I've already had it done once, this time I'm thinking about autologous costal cartilage. Compared with donated costal cartilage, autologous seems like it would reduce the risk burden.. I've additionally looked into Siwoo, Top Class - Lee Donghan, and Louvre, but are they good at using costal cartilage here?
