Everyone, to start with just the conclusion, I highly recommend implant-free rhinoplasty. And I always say this, but if you weren’t someone who was insanely stressed because of your nose, don’t do itㅜㅜ You really shouldn’t touch your nose carelessly. If you absolutely must, please do it without an implant. I lived for over 10 years with silicone and septal cartilage inserted, and my nose started feeling uncomfortable and turning red.
