My nose had been a complex my whole life, so I finally made a big decision and got it done. The shape itself is definitely better than before. It’s been about 2 weeks since surgery, and they used septal cartilage and postauricular fascia, and did the nasal bridge and nasal tip, corrected my bulbous nose, lowered the columella, and because my nasal dorsum was wide, I also had osteotomy. Around one week in, when they removed the splint and removed foreign material inside, it did feel a bit refreshing, so I thought, “Ah, it was stuffy because of swelling and foreign material,” and felt a little relieved.
