I had my first surgery 6 months ago, and I had MegaDerm 35, septal extension, bulbous nose correction, and cartilage tying. I originally had no complaints about my nasal tip, but I got surgery because my nasal bridge was low. However, my nose got longer and my columella became slightly longer. Once my nasal bridge also had contour, my face looked way too long. Because of the cartilage tying, my nose looked pinched… My friends all seemed to feel it was a shame because my old impression was gone. My nose was originally very small, so after surgery the swelling was seriously insane. Because of the contracture phase, one nostril went up and became triangular, but by 4 months it gradually came down…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
