How does everyone know what suits their face? I have a long midface, a somewhat large lower face, a long nose with a drooping tip, a hump, plus a bulbous nose. I’m looking into nose surgery, but between a rounded nose and a slim nose, how does everyone find the nose shape that suits them?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
