It’s been over 3 years, and I had no implant, ear cartilage, and osteotomy. At first I was satisfied, but as time passed my nasal tip drooped, and I’m just mentally exhausted. I don’t even have any desire for revision surgery; I just want to go back to my natural nose

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
