<The nose itself is tilted><Nostril asymmetry and columella deviation> I had functional rhinoplasty the first time and got reimbursed by real-loss insurance, but again because of functional problems;; (blocked breathing passage, cartilage protruding where there wasn’t any before) I can’t breathe as well through only one side of my nose. If I have revision surgery for these reasons, would reimbursement through real-loss insurance be possible..? There’s a high chance it won’t be covered, right..? But when I look at my nostrils, the opening itself feels like it has become narrow The asymmetry is also so severe. And because there is asymmetry, my nose looks different from the right-side profile and the left-side profile. The left side looks more dramatic. My nasal bridge is natural, so there’s nothing to touch there.. My midface is long and I have a long nose, so I wanted it to look shorter, but it feels like it got even longer The nasal tip already seems to be drooping too. I’m four months post-op, and the line is pretty, but.. do you think they would accept an AS request??
