I had revision rhinoplasty. My first surgery turned out pretty well, so I lived satisfied, but gradually my nasal tip started drooping and the cartilage seemed like it was about to protrude, so I had revision surgery. Maybe because I didn’t talk enough during the consultation or explain my requests enough, my nose was originally short and cute, but they made it long, lowered the columella too much, and made it big, so my image changed so much and I don’t like it. I want to remove the nose implant/materials, but I’ve heard it can cause contracture, so I want recommendations for hospitals that are good at whether I should have revision surgery or removal.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
