Is this a side effect? When I smile, my gums don’t show. Sometimes if I force a smile or make sounds like phonation exercises, I get a tingling pain around the nasal tip or columella. What is this? Is it a side effect? Does anyone know about this in detail? The director says the surgery went well, but no matter how I look at it, it seems strangeㅠㅠ
