Now the nasal tip looks like it protrudes a lot compared with my face. I don’t like the aesthetics either, but I also feel the foreign-body sensation so much, I really hate how it feels like the nasal tip starts from the middle, and it’s uncomfortable when I smile too, so I’m planning to remove everything.
