Sorry for the bad drawing lol My nasal tip wasn’t originally low, so I had no intention of putting anything in, and I said I didn’t want to, but I ended up having it put in because the doctor recommended it. Now the nasal tip looks like it protrudes a lot compared with my face. From the front, I look like Yoshi lol I didn’t touch the nasal bridge, and since I had the nasal tip done without an implant and the columella is also hard, it feels like something was put in. I don’t like the aesthetics either, but I also feel the foreign-body sensation so much, I really hate how it feels like the nasal tip starts from the middle, and it’s uncomfortable when I smile too, so I’m planning to remove everything. Would it be very dangerous? The columellar strut should not be removed…
