It has been a long time since I had nose surgery, and the silicone show-through is severe, plus the end of the silicone on the nasal dorsum isn’t smooth, so I went to two consultations for removal. They weren’t the top three, and both places said the starting point of the existing silicone is too high, so the show-through is getting worse and the nasal dorsum is not smooth.
