Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Should I remove my nose implant or get revision surgery?

I had my first surgery 7 months ago at the same time as a philtrum reduction, and whether it’s because of the philtrum reduction or because they pulled the columella down long during the nose surgery, anyway my columella got longer and my nose became longer. Maybe because the columella got longer, my right nostril changed into a dragon-nose nostril. My original nose was pretty, but I got greedy and had surgery for no reason, and it ended up completely ruined. I’m worried that even if I remove it, I won’t be able to go back to my original nose. If that’s the case, should I instead slightly lift only the columella with revision surgery? Would slightly lifting only the columella be a difficult surgery? ㅠㅠ I’m worried that if I touch it for no reason, only scar tissue will build up.
