Because of contracture, I'm scheduled to have my L-shaped silicone removed and undergo revision surgery. After consultations at 7 places, I'm leaning heavily toward removal and revision surgery at ㅍㄹㅁ. They gave a thorough consultation, and since it's contracture caused by silicone, they said silicone can't be used. The other 5 places all said I would need autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage, but ㅍㄹㅁ said using rib cartilage would be over-spec and that my septal cartilage and ear cartilage are sufficient, so they said they won't use rib cartilage.
