Because of contracture, I'm scheduled to have my L-shaped silicone removed and undergo revision surgery. After consultations at 7 places, I'm leaning heavily toward removal and revision surgery at ㅍㄹㅁ. They gave a thorough consultation, and since it's contracture caused by silicone, they said silicone can't be used. The other 5 places all said I would need autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage, but ㅍㄹㅁ said using rib cartilage would be over-spec and that my septal cartilage and ear cartilage are sufficient, so they said they won't use rib cartilage. Since silicone can't be used for the nasal bridge, we decided to use Megaderm, and I like the consultation and the price, but the one thing is that I can't see before-and-after photos, which is a bit…
