For me, this has just been the case continuously since surgery, but now that I'm considering removal, it's bothering me a bit. Normally, the columella doesn't look indented like that or cast a shadow, but when I make expressions that stretch the philtrum, like pressing my lips together, the columella area sinks in like that and casts a shadowㅠ Is there anyone like me? Why could this be? Is it because the alar cartilage is fixed in place by septal extension? Please commentㅠㅜ
