Originally I was debating whether or not to put in silicone, and then I did put in silicone. I had 3 mm silicone on the nasal bridge, ear cartilage for the nasal tip, nostril lowering because I had an upturned nose, and because my nasal bridge was wide, I had osteotomy to make it slightly slimmer, not hump osteotomy. I also had alar reduction and a columellar strut with ear cartilage. But because my skin is so thin, I removed the silicone and ear cartilage. Originally, at the hospital, because of my spread-out nose, I was already going to do things like alar reduction and the rest, and I was only debating the silicone before putting it in. Right now I left the strut in place and removed only the nasal tip cartilage and silicone. In that case, can I kind of consider it implant-free surgery? It’s not my natural original nose, so
