I’m scheduled to have nose surgery this time, and they said they’ll use silicone for the nasal bridge and raise the nasal tip with septal cartilage. In that case, is this septal extension surgery? Is simply raising the nasal tip with septal cartilage the same as septal extension surgery and a support strut? ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
