Hi everyone, I am gathering the courage to post because I want to ask everyone here for advice. It has been a little over 3 months since I had complete removal surgery and cartilage repositioning. Straight silicone 35 and ear cartilage removal. This year marked 15 years since my first surgery, and the biggest reason I decided on removal was that my left alar cartilage had been pressed by the silicone and could be felt from the inside. 1 The anxiety that the cartilage might protrude was the biggest reason. 2 Slight aching symptoms. 3 Shape change, with the left nostril looking more raised. I searched and went to consultations at a total of 5 places, including the three major places and another clinic, and at 4 of them, they said the silicone could push out and break through…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
