Is there anyone here who had full removal at ㄷㄹ? My situation is 3 mm silicone, and the nasal tip is ear cartilage. The image change would be big, right? My original nose is small, so I don’t want to do anything additional anymore, but I’m worried about the shape. It’s been a long time since the ear cartilage was inserted too, so reuse would probably be difficult
