First of all, removal is decided, but I'm curious. Even after getting triamcinolone injections, it doesn't go away, and every time I have surgery, that area protrudes upward from deep inside. If I press hard with my fingernail, it tingles, and it's very bumpy. In side profile, because of that thing, it even looks like I have a hump. I don't know if it formed between the silicone and the skin, or if it's tissue attached on top of the silicone. If I remove it, will things like this go away too
