When I was going around for consultations, I heard that if you leave the support graft in place, the nose won’t lift even if the extension is removed Or does removing the extension inevitably make it lift a little even if the support graft is left? As far as I know, if the support graft is left, it won’t lift, but I’m asking just in case If anyone has experience or knows information, please reply
