Hi, it’s almost been a month since my nose surgery. I’m posting this because I want to ask for advice in case there’s anyone here like me. As I said before, I had my first surgery in Busan, and I had 4 mm silicone, septal cartilage and ear cartilage used for septal extension and to raise the nasal tipㅠㅠ Because of the foreign-body sensation and psychological worries about side effects, I’m planning to have it removed at 6 months, but I heard that if a lot of septal cartilage was harvested, the nose can collapse after complete removal or contracture can occur laterㅠㅠㅠ Sigh, I definitely want complete removal, but is there anyone here who used septal cartilage and had complete removal …
