I’m from out of town and came up in early September for revision rhinoplasty after 4 years. I must have been crazy too, deciding after consulting only 3 places;; The doctor said we should use the materials already inside my nose. My face is originally long and my nose is long too, so for the revision I absolutely wanted it to look natural, but at the end the doctor recommended that it would probably be okay if we did an osteotomy, so I said okay;;; It was such a stupid decision.. In the end, the swelling on both sides from the bridge of my nose to between my eyes is uneven, and my columella is ruined too Scar tissue and bruising are a bonus too...;; I really look like an Avatar, my face is long, and I look like Squidward;; If I do an early removal of the nose, is it possible to make it not look like I had an osteotomy... Please, someone save me just this once.... Anyone who has been in a situation like mine....
