Usually I don't feel anything at all, but every spring it gets itchy, and when I blow my nose, from then on for about a month I feel a foreign-body sensation. Is something wrong? And then it gradually gets better. I'm okay now, but this has happened for all 3 years, so if it happens again next spring, should I go to the hospital?
