The columellar strut is really sooo uncomfortable ㅠ When I remove the nasal tip, I definitely want to remove it together, but I’m worried it might collapse or something. I don’t have inflammation or contracture, and I used ear cartilage with no implant. I only had the nasal tip touched. They said they would use just a little septal cartilage if needed, but I’m going to ask the clinic where I had it done about that. My original nose was definitely not an upturned nose at all, but is there still a high chance it will turn up? ㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
