I had my first nose surgery at a factory-style clinic: Gore-Tex, septal cartilage, and hump shaving. There was no inflammation, but the shape collapsed, so I had revision surgery again, and it's been about 2-3 years lol. Removal, silicone, donated costal cartilage. I do like the second result, but it feels somehow harder and like my skin is stretched really tight. One day I looked at my nose, and since my nose was already small but they pulled it tight to make it higher, the balance looks ridiculous. Even the little bit of nasal ala I had just looks like it's gone lolololol. Ha To compare it to clay, if you shave down a big piece of clay it becomes a shape, but mine just feels like there wasn't enough clay to begin with lol lol I'm curious about reviews from people who had hump removal and then full removal. Help...
