Like in the photo, that scar tissue inside my nose is protruding pretty badly. Actually, I’m not even sure if this is really scar tissue. Is it alar cartilage? Can’t this be removed? I’ve seen quite a few people who’ve had nose surgery develop things like this. It’s not noticeable externally, but it’s often uncomfortable because of this. And when I tilt my head up and look, it looks like my nose is packed with boogers, so I really want to get rid of it. Ha

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
