It has been a little over two months since my rhinoplasty. How and when should I tell the hospital that I want removal? Last time I said I wanted removal, they just said it’s much better now and told me to wait a bit longer.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
