Me. I looked into revision rhinoplasty because of my crooked nose and went for consultations, and now I’m deciding between two places as the final choice.. both seemed really good... I’m debating between ㅇㅂㅋ and ㅋㅂㅈ, At ㅇㅂㅋ, they recommended removing the existing silicone implant and replacing it with a 3D custom implant, and at ㅋㅂㅈ, they also said they would remove the existing silicone, but suggested using septal cartilage + ear cartilage. Ha....... I said I was really worried about implants, so I think they did explain the safer direction (both places took CT scans). What I’m currently thinking has a bit more merit is getting an implant made to fit my nose, but if an implant is made specifically to fit the nasal structure and facial structure, will I really not have to worry again about side effects or dissatisfaction with the line? Ah, I’m so torn I didn’t know I’d be worrying this much about nose materials
