Hospital Consultation for Revision Rhinoplasty

I’m 4 months after my first nose surgery, and I’m starting to want to look into hospitals for revision surgery. It’s so bad that I’m in tears every day. My everyday life has fallen apart. I had a hump and deviated nose, but they only slightly shaved down the hump, used no implant, and built up the nasal tip with cartilage. As a result, I ended up with a hump and deviated nose, a long nose, a bumpy nasal bridge, and uneven nostrils. Almost all the other hospitals I had consultations at said I would need osteotomy, and because my skin is thin, I would need autologous dermis. But since I’m older, osteotomy scared me, and I only heard what I wanted to hear and only saw what I wanted to see, so there was a big problem with my choice of hospital. Osteotomy also has many side effects, as expected, and improvement may be difficult …
