<Before><After><Before><After>I had it done without an implant.. My nose was originally sharp and I liked the line, but it was bumpy, crooked, and the columella showed quite a lot, so I had surgery (It was a nose that had silicone inserted and then removed)
It’s day 30 now, but my nose is super fat and all I can see are my nostrils. It looks like a bulbous nose.. Was it a mistake to ask them to add support to the columella… My nostrils just won’t settle into shape
They only used autologous dermis, donor rib cartilage, and ear cartilage.. Is the fat nose tip just swelling? Sigh….
