It’s so difficult, exhausting, and I regret it

I had nose surgery 14 years ago when I was really young, and honestly, I haven’t had any particular symptoms until now and had been living completely comfortably, but lately I suddenly got scared. At the time, when I had the nose surgery, there wasn’t any explanation, and after I came out of surgery, all I was told was that because my skin was thin, they put in the thinnest silicone implant, slightly shaved the nasal bridge and the bone on the side of my nose, and used nasal cartilage to shape it, so I don’t know exactly what condition my nose is in. A few days ago, right next to the starting point of my nostril on the inside of my nose, I felt something protruding, so I searched like crazy, and apparently this is the alar cartilage against the silicone …
