It’s been about three and a half months now, and hmm, I don’t know if it’s still because of swelling, or because scar tissue inside has filled in thickly, or because the ear cartilage was placed too thickly on the nasal tip, but compared with my original nose, the nasal tip has become way too plump like a cherry tomato and has no contour at all. My original nose wasn’t a bulbous nose. Seriously, to the point that a nearly pinched nose would have been better, the contour of the nasal ala has completely disappeared. Could this be swelling, or scar tissue? Also, if what looks like this after removal is scar tissue, after removing it, will the contour come back to about the contour of my original nose? Even with contour shading, I can’t cover…
