My first and second surgeries were both done with an open approach, and the second surgery was partial removal. But after the partial removal, there is a pinched look in my nose. It’s a bit upturned, so my nostrils show a little too. People who know will know, but when they open the nose with an open approach, they hook the nose and open it to see inside. That mark is still left on my noseㅋㅋ But if I do complete removal, the nose will probably spread out a bit, so will it show less? Or if I remove it, since I have a short and low nose, and on top of that I even have contracture now, will the pinched look be even more noticeable after removal? Because of psychological anxiety and contracture, I want to hurry and remove the remaining cartilage in my nose too…
