I only used ear cartilage for my nasal tip, and I thought maybe it drooped because ear cartilage is soft? But when I looked into it, they said ear cartilage won’t droop either if the columellar strut is placed firmly. I’ve never even heard the doctor mention anything like the columella, so did they not put in a support strut?.. Whatever the case, I don’t want to go back to the hospital where I had my first surgery, and I looked into ㅇㄴㅅㅌ, ㅍㄹㅇㅂ, and ㅇㅇ as places specializing in revision rhinoplasty. For those who had revision surgery because your nasal tip drooped, please tell me what material you used and where you had it done
