Today I finally went through the big event! Since it was my third time, I was worried about absolutely everything, and when I thought about going through those ever-changing emotions again while looking at my nose after surgery, I was really scared... During the surgery, the shape was not coming out well and it seemed really difficult, so the doctor kept sighing and getting irritated at the nurse while doing it. I was so severely worried, thinking what if it goes even more wrong from here, that I was shrinking back and even sweating, and then not only my nose and ears but everywhere hurt.. sob sob sob... For my first and second surgeries, I did not really feel much pain and I did not have a nosebleed either, but during this surgery, it hurt so much that I sobbed and cried, then got scolded by the doctor and kept watching his reaction while crying.. I had sedation anesthesia, but maybe the anesthesia wore off midway, because it hurt so much that I screamed and cried, and while they kept adding local anesthesia in between, it really hurt so badly I thought I was going to die.. whew~~~ Maybe the more revision surgeries you have, the less effective the anesthesia becomes.. The pain is the worst!!! But strangely, even though I did not have a nosebleed during my revision surgery before, it has now been 7 hours and blood is still flowing. The nurse said it is normal for a little nosebleed to keep trickling, but I keep having scary thoughts I do not want to have, like maybe that pulsing blood vessel inside the bridge of my nose burst.. ow!! I saw a lot of posts before from people saying a blood vessel burst and they had to keep going to have blood drawn out.. Please, that is not it, right?? Okay! Everyone who had surgery, let’s all stay strong!! Let’s go!!
