I’m considering nose removal and reconstruction, so please share your experiences. I’m considering removal of my nasal implant and reconstruction surgery, and I’d appreciate advice from anyone with experience. I don’t have any side effects from the implant, but I’m stressed because the nasolabial angle and the line itself don’t look natural. If I only remove it, will the nose shape collapse a lot? Or would it be better to do reconstruction using autologous tissue right away? It would be a big help if you could share experiences about the post-op recovery period, durability, satisfaction, and so on. Hospital recommendations are also welcome.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
