I hit my nose and philtrum on the dashboard in a car accident. I have rib cartilage and silicone inside. It’s throbbing right now. Will it be okay? The shape of my nose hasn’t changed, but could contracture occur later?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
