Hello, this is my first post after signing up. The reason is that the rhinoplasty I had 10 years ago suddenly started swelling and developing inflammation only now, and the director said it's on the verge of protruding by less than 1 mm, so I should either remove it or have revision surgery. Which one does everyone recommend more?ㅠㅠ Silicone removal or revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage
