I was looking into removal surgery because cartilage was showing through, and since the surgery was done 8 years ago, I didn’t know exactly what procedures had been done to my nose. I requested the surgical record from the hospital where I had my first surgery. I knew about the hump osteotomy and septal extension, but it turns out I also had spreader grafting with septal cartilage. Is my septal cartilage okayㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I don’t think the spreader graft can be removed, and since I don’t feel any problem with breathing in the first place, it should be okay, rightㅜㅜ If anyone here has had removal excluding the spreader graft, please share your review ㅠㅠㅠ
