I’m considering functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, and there seem to be quite a few people around me who had surgery for rhinitis and a deviated septum together. Most of the feedback was that it got better, and the nasal tip I had done 10 years ago is also starting to droop, so I’m thinking of doing it together this time. But they only talked about autologous costal cartilage, not donated rib cartilage. Is it because I already used my septal cartilage, so they’re definitely recommending autologous costal cartilage? I’m kind of scared…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
