I have nasal packing in, but honestly this is more bearable than I thought. I didn't have it during my first surgery, you know? Anyway, not being able to breathe is the same, and with the humidifier on it feels a bit better. I took a nap sitting up, and now the swelling is coming up, so I'm doing a cold compress. I'm the type who swells a lot, so ugh But I asked for a dramatic look, and they only put in 3 mm of silicone, so I am a bit worried (it was originally 5 mm, then lowered to 3 mm). They said if they can't raise the nasal tip, they have to lower the silicone, so maybe that's why.. Anyway, honestly the nose itself also barely hurts as expected, but ugh, the costal cartilage site feels like I'm dying. Why does it hurt so much? I'm someone who doesn't even say Rejuran or Ultherapy hurts, but this is genuinely painful, I feel like I'm dying
