It’s been about 5 years since my first surgery, maybe 6 years, anyway it’s been a while, and my current nose has a deviated columella. The nasal tip also feels a bit pointy, so I’m planning to redo it this time. I want to improve it as safely as possible, so I’m thinking of places specializing in noses, but so far I’ve only found two places, ㅋㅂㅈ and ㅇㅅㅇㄷ. If you know any more, please share the info.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
