8-month review after full nasal removal. I had full removal because of inflammation, and everything was done open. In my first surgery, I had septal extension and a support graft. In the second surgery, only the silicone was removed. In the third surgery, I had everything removed. The reason inflammation developed was poor condition and external trauma. Now I’m 8 months post-op, and a lot of the swelling has gone down. My nose shape is between my original nose and my surgery nose. The spreading of the nasal tip feels like only about 50% of my original nose. It hasn’t been a full year yet, so I’ll have to watch it a bit more, but these days, since my nose shape no longer changes from morning to evening like it did in the early stage after removal, after 1 year...

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
