If I leave the scar tissue inside my nose alone, will it disappear? It appeared around week 3, but it doesn’t seem like it’s going to get smaller. I’m taking Rizaben tooㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
