For my first surgery, I had silicone + osteotomy + the tip with septal cartilage, like that, and in my 5th year, because of slight inflammation + foreign-body sensation and things like that, 10 days ago I removed the silicone, filled in the step-off, and refined the nasal tip! But after removing it, my nose was already low to begin with, but because it had been pressed down by the silicone and maybe because they shaved it down quite a lot, my bridge is sooooo low,,? I feel such a huge sense of loss about my noseㅠㅠ I don’t want to put silicone back in, and I’m not hoping for a super high bridge either. It’s just that my nose is so low right now, so I only want a slight improvement. In this case, would a non-implant nasal bridge be possible?ㅠㅠ
